Roger was most recently Shelter’s Director of Communications, Policy and Campaigns, leading a division of over 80 staff in teams covering campaigns, research, policy, public affairs, media, brand, marketing, internal comms, creative and digital. Jenny Ross

Associate Director

Over the last five years, Jenny has developed her expertise in supporting Chief Executives and senior management teams to develop outcome-focused organisational and campaign strategies. This advice draws on a 15 year career spanning the private, public and third sectors. Kirsty McNeill

Kirsty McNeill is Themba’s founder, but no longer works with us as she is full time as Save the Children’s Executive Director of Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns. Before that she spent three years as a senior Special Adviser to Prime Minister Gordon Brown, leading Number 10’s work on stakeholder management, equalities, faith, non-traditional communications and political speechwriting.
